The Next Generation of Accountants

Every single day, we grapple with the digital revolution, develop new products, and shape the professional landscape of the accounting industry 2.0. At the EXPERTsuisse Annual Conference 2017, we were honoured with an award for the Best Practice Case in digital accounting. You won’t find any paper in our offices. All our processes and documents are digitised and linked up with our clients online.

Opportunities to Evolve

As a growing company that provides a wide spectrum of services, we can offer you an enormous range of opportunities to evolve. What’s more, we can use our experience as speakers and specialist authors to expand your professional expertise. Come and develop new products and test the latest technologies to help us redefine the frontiers of the accounting industry. In the medium term, you’ll also have the chance to take on leadership roles within our team.

Flexible Working

We use annualised hours contracts. When you work overtime, you can either take time off in lieu or receive financial compensation (by mutual agreement). Here at TreuVision, it’s important that our employees have a good work-life balance. That’s why we prefer to grant time off in lieu. Our industry is seasonal. As a result, we work particularly hard for our clients from January to April, but then have more time for longer breaks in late summer and autumn.

Flexible Salary

We’re looking for enthusiastic people. We know that many of you will have families and be involved in various projects and interests alongside your job. That’s why we offer employees the chance to work part-time (from 40%).

Five or Six Weeks’ Holiday

You can choose whether you’d rather take five or six weeks’ holiday. Your salary will be adjusted accordingly. Due to the seasonality of our industry, longer blocks of holiday or even sabbaticals are possible in summer.

Salary and Commission

We pay competitive salaries and constantly review them with independent studies and salary surveys. Although customer acquisition isn’t one of our employees’ main responsibilities, it does occur on a regular basis. We reward such acquisitions with commission and referral fees.

Professional Development

We invest heavily in our own professional development. That’s why we also support our employees with various types of external training, ranging from individual courses to qualifications (Swiss Federal Diplomas, etc.). Internal training is equally important to us—the knowledge we acquire is passed on via regular training sessions.
